The flights with length between 60-90 minutes have a decrease restrict of Rs 4,500 — a rise of 12.5 p.c. The higher cap on these flights was elevated by 12.82 p.c to Rs 13,200 on Thursday.

Now, domestic flights of length between 90-120, 120-150, 150-180 and 180-210 minutes have decrease caps of Rs Rs 5,300, Rs 6,700, Rs 8,300 and Rs 9,800, respectively, as per the ministry’s order.

Till date, domestic flights of length between 90-120, 120-150, 150-180 and 180-210 minutes had the decrease limits of Rs 4,700, Rs 6,100, Rs 7,400 and Rs 8,700, respectively.

The decrease cap on flights between 120-150 minutes length was elevated by 9.83 p.c to Rs 6,700, as per the brand new order.

On Thursday, the higher caps on domestic flights of length between 90-120, 120-150, 150-180 and 180-210 minutes had been elevated by 12.3 p.c, 12.42 p.c, 12.74 p.c and 12.39 p.c, respectively, as per the order.

The caps talked about by the federal government in its order doesn’t embrace the passenger safety charge, consumer growth charge for the airports and the GST. These fees are added on prime when the ticket is being booked by the passenger.
