New Delhi: The Minister of Science and Technology, Earth Sciences and Health and Family Welfare, Dr Harsh Vardhan on Friday (March 12) inaugurated 4 pyres of the Green Crematoria at Delhiā€™s Nigam Bodh Ghat Crematorium together with three new pyres run by Indraprastha Gas Limited.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister mentioned, “Exceedingly high concentration of air emissions with respect to particulate matter, and other harmful gases have been measured in regions around the crematoria”.Ā
