The DRDO had earlier on June 25 efficiently test-fired enhanced vary variations of indigenously developed 122mm Caliber Rocket from a Multi-Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) on the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, off the coast of Odisha.

Earlier on June 24 and 25, the DRDO had test-fired an extended-range model of indigenously developed Pinaka rocket from a Multi-Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Chandipur off Odisha coast.
