Noida: Noida Police on Monday mentioned it lodged an FIR and arrested one particular person after a purportedly dubbed video of the TV serial Ramayana was performed on a giant display inside a resto-bar within the metropolis. “Three people have been booked in the case and one of them has been arrested,” he mentioned.

The FIR has been lodged below Indian Penal Code sections 153A (act prejudicial to upkeep of concord, or more likely to disturb public tranquillity) and 295 (injuring or defiling place of worship with intent to insult the faith of any class), the police mentioned.
