An electrical scooter parked on the veranda of a home in Vaniyambadi caught fire on Sunday.
The police stated S. Ihsanuallh, 32, who runs a tea store at Shakirabad, a thickly populated neighbourhood in Vaniyambadi city, had parked his scooter, close to the electrical energy meter field, on the veranda of his home for charging earlier than going sleep the earlier night time. Around 1 a.m, smoke began emanating from the bike and a fire broke out.
