The Election Commission of India on Sunday superior the counting schedule of Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim Assembly elections from June 4 to June 2.
The EC had introduced earlier that the votes polled within the two meeting elections had been to be counted on June 4 together with Lok Sabha ballot votes. But because the time period of the 2 assemblies are ending on June 2, the date has been superior, the EC stated.
“There shall be no change in respect of schedule for Parliamentary constituencies of Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim,” it famous.
Assembly polls are additionally being held in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha together with parliamentary elections.
