The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has initiated one other authorized motion against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for failing to adjust to summons issued by the company. In response to Arvind Kejriwal’s non-compliance with the summonses issued by the Enforcement Directorate, the company has lodged a fresh complaint.
Legal proceedings awaited
The matter has been scheduled for a listening to tomorrow earlier than Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Divya Malhotra. The ACMM will preside over the proceedings and decide the course of motion relating to the complaint filed by the ED.
Continued authorized scrutiny
This current improvement comes within the wake of earlier authorized actions taken by the Enforcement Directorate against Arvind Kejriwal for his failure to stick to earlier summonses. The listening to for the earlier complaint, associated to the preliminary three summonses issued by the ED, is slated for March 16.
