Television and Film producer Ekta Kapoor has rented a flooring in Mumbai’s Juhu space for Rs. 2.7 lakh per month to M Baria Developers. According to experiences, the lease and license settlement was registered on September 3, 2021.
The house is situated on the fourth flooring of the constructing generally known as Krishna 2. The constructing has a whole of 4 flooring and the house comes with one automotive parking.
A deposit of Rs. 10 lakh was paid by M Baria Developers. The house has been leased for a interval of two years from April 11, 2020, to April 10, 2022.
Meanwhile, in August Ekta Kapoor and her mom Shobha Ravi Kapoor had bought a plot of land in Pune to household-owned corporations Tusshar Infradevelopers and pantheon Buildcon for Rs. 20 crore.
