Excise Case: ED Moves Court Against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal For Skipping Summons | India News

The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Divya Malhotra, after listening to the submissions on Saturday, mounted February 7 for the remaining submissions and consideration of the contemporary grievance filed by the company. 

Delhi CM Kejriwal skipped the Enforcement Directorate’s fifth summons on February 2 in reference to the cash laundering probe associated to irregularities within the Delhi excise coverage 2021-22 case.
