Mumbai: After Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has examined optimistic for COVID-19.
A dependable supply advised ABP News that Bhansali, who has been very busy with the taking pictures of his upcoming venture ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has examined optimistic for COVID-19. The taking pictures which was happening in Mumbai Film City has been stopped in the meanwhile.
Reportedly, the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ director has self-quarantined himself after testing optimistic for the virus.
Last month on February 24, 2021, the makers of Alia Bhatt starrer film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ dropped its teaser and introduced the brand new launch date of this upcoming biographical crime drama. The film which was earlier slated to launch on September 11, 2020, will now hit the screens on July 30, 2021.
Reportedly, Alia Bhatt has quarantined herself after her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ director Sanjay Leela Bhansali director examined optimistic for COVID-19. A supply near the ‘Darlings’ actress revealed, “Alia is completely safe and nothing has happened to her.”
Three days after the teaser launch of ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ on February 24, Sanjay Leela Bhansali began taking pictures with Ajay Devgn for this movie at Mumbai Film City. The ‘Singham’ actor shall be seen portraying the position of Karim Lala on this much-awaited film. This film will mark Ajay Devgn reunion with the director after 22 years. The duo was final seen working within the 1999 film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’.
Bhansali Productions tweeted an image from the units and wrote, “We are happy to have @ajaydevgn join the team of #GangubaiKathiawadi ❤️ @aliaa08 #SanjayLeelaBhansali @prerna982 @jayantilalgada @PenMovies”
Meanwhile, apart from Alia Bhatt, this film may even star Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz, Indira Tiwari and Seema Pahwa in supporting roles. Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Huma Qureshi shall be seen in cameo roles within the film.
