Midfielder Glan Martins’s work ethic will assist India soccer staff throughout 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers in Doha, stated FC Goa coach Juan Ferrando. The 26-year-old Martins made the India squad for three FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on the again of a creditable efficiency for FC Goa in AFC Champions League Group Stage matches in Goa final month. FC Goa drew three video games towards prime Asian groups resembling Qatar’s Al Rayyan and UAE’s Al Wahda, whereas shedding two by slim margins. Martins performed a key position in midfield.

The Sunil Chhetri-led India will play Qatar on June 3, Bangladesh on June 7 and Afghanistan on June 15.
