FIFA mentioned Rubiales would now be banned from all soccer exercise for three years.
FIFA introduced Monday it had imposed a 3-12 months ban on former Spanish soccer chief Luis Rubiales following his pressured kiss on the lips of World Cup winner Jenni Hermoso.
World soccer’s governing physique provisionally suspended Rubiales for 90 days following his unsolicited kiss through the medal ceremony after Spain gained the Women’s World Cup in Sydney in August.
FIFA mentioned Rubiales would now be banned from all soccer exercise for three years.
Hermoso mentioned the incident left her feeling “vulnerable and like the victim of an assault”, with a press release on social media describing it as “an impulsive, macho act, out of place and with no type of consent on my part”.
Rubiales, who repeatedly insisted the kiss was consensual, resigned as head of the Spanish soccer federation in September.

FIFA mentioned Rubiales had been notified of the choice on Monday and had 10 days to request a so-referred to as motivated resolution, which if requested, can be printed on FIFA’s authorized web site.
“The decision remains subject to a possible appeal before the FIFA Appeal Committee,” the assertion mentioned.
“FIFA reiterates its absolute commitment to respecting and protecting the integrity of all people and ensuring that the basic rules of decent conduct are upheld.”
