Rihan Richards and Donovan May had been elected unanimously the president and vice-president, respectively, of Cricket South Africa (CSA) at its annual normal assembly on Saturday, it was introduced.
The Independent Directors Nominations Panel appointed the next seven unbiased administrators: Steven Budlender SC, Andrew Hudson, Dugmore Lushaba, Lawson Naidoo, Andisa Ntsubane, Mark Rayner, and Muditambi Ravele, stated a CSA assertion.
The assembly was adjourned to subsequent Wednesday night when the eighth unbiased director will likely be appointed in addition to the chair and members of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The following non-independent administrators had been elected: Daniel Govender, John Mogodi, Craig Nel, Tebogo Siko and Simphiwe Ndzundzu.
The chair of the Board and the Lead Independent Director (LID) will likely be elected on the first assembly of the brand new Board.
The new CSA Board will plan for this 12 months’s AGM in September because the issues handled on Saturday check with the earlier monetary 12 months that completed in April 2020.
