Lucknow: An FIR has been lodged in opposition to Gauri Khan, designer and spouse of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. The case in opposition to Gauri has been registered underneath part 409 (felony breach of belief) of the Indian Penal Code.
The criticism was filed by Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, who alleged that the corporate — of which Gauri was the model ambassador — failed to provide possession of a flat regardless of charging Rs 86 lakh.
The complainant alleged that the flat situated in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City space was given to another person.
Apart from Gauri, the criticism was additionally filed in opposition to Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani.
The complainant stated he purchased the flat after being influenced by model ambassador Gauri Khan.
