FirstCry.com parent Brainbees Solutions Ltd., a multi-channel retailing platform for moms’, infants’ and children’ merchandise has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an preliminary public providing (IPO).
The IPO includes a recent situation of fairness shares aggregating as much as ₹1816 crore and a suggestion for sale of as much as 54,391,592 fairness shares by promoting shareholders.
