Hisar: Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had a slender escape after his car through which he was travelling met with an accident in Hisar on Sunday. Hooda was on his approach to attend a operate in Hisar’s Giraye village to honour boxer Saweety Boora when a ‘nilgai’ all of a sudden appeared infront of his car.
