Former Leaders Of Akali Dal Join BJP Including Bibi Amanjot Kaur

New Delhi: Several leaders of Shiromani Akali Dal joined the BJP right here on Monday, together with Amanjot Kaur Ramuwalia daughter of former Union minister Balwant Singh Ramuwalia.

Apart from Amanjot Kaur Ramuwalia, Gurpreet Singh Shahpur, former National Organization Secretary of Akali Dal, Chand Singh Chatha, former Vice President of Akali Dal, Chetan Mohan Joshi, one of many founding members of Aam Aadmi Party and Baljinder Singh Dhakoha, former District President of Gurdaspur of Akali Dal joined the BJP.

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, BJP General Secretary and in-charge of Punjab Dushyant Gautam, and National General Secretary Tarun Chugh have been current on the get together headquarters within the capital. 

Speaking on the event, Shekhawat mentioned that the choice of the leaders to affix the BJP is a sign of individuals’s choice in Punjab. He mentioned, “We all will try together to get a result in favor of BJP in Punjab elections.” He alleged that some political events need to come to energy in Punjab within the title of farmers, with weapons on their shoulders.

Welcoming all of the leaders who joined the BJP, Gautam mentioned that the individuals of Punjab are deeply saddened by the best way some political events are attempting to misuse the Constitution beneath the guise of farmers’ agitation. Hence the individuals of Punjab look as much as Prime Minister Narendra Modi for peace within the state.
