Four members of a family from Vijayanagar in Mysuru have been found dead in a room of the lodge in town on Friday, March 31.

The police gave the names of the deceased as Devendra, 46, Nirmala, 44, and their daughters aged 14 and 11.

The police stated Devendra, a businessman, checked in at Karuna Residency on Ok.S. Rao Road in Mangaluru together with his family on March 27 night. On March 31 morning, the workers of the lodge knocked on the door, however didn’t get any response. After ready for a while, they broke open the door. They found all 4 have been dead.

Police Commissioner Kuldeep Kumar R. Jain stated Devendra ended his life by hanging himself from the roof of the room. The our bodies of Nirmala and the 2 youngsters have been found on the cot. Devendra seems to have ended his life after the loss of life of his spouse and youngsters.
