I hail from a poor family. I don’t have parents and I have to look after my 13-year-old brother. All of the training has helped me to achieve beyond what I could fathom. I thank the entire Police Department and our Madam”.
Speaking to National-level kickboxer Sangita, she stated, “I am fortunate that we could learn this (kickboxing). Now, people know me. I was born into a poor family in Gorubathan, and I have a 9-year-old child. The Winners team was where we all were taught kickboxing and it is through the very same that we have now reached this level in our lives. All women should learn kickboxing. In today’s scenario, I believe everyone should learn kickboxing and martial arts.”
