Ginni Filaments, manufacturing traditional and technical textiles, has divested its spinning, knitting, and processing unit. .

According to a press launch from the corporate, the Board of Directors of Ginni Filaments permitted on December 1, the switch of its whole spinning, knitting, and processing endeavor positioned at Chhata in Uttar Pradesh to RSWM Limited, on a hunch sale foundation for ₹160 crore.

Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman and Managing Director of Ginni Filaments, stated the switch will strengthen the monetary place of the corporate since traditional textile business continues to undergo on account of opposed world geo-political state of affairs. Ginni will deal with technical textiles.
