Thiruvananthapuram: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the first Vande Bharat Express train on April 25 from Thiruvananthapuram. The  semi high-speed train will run between Thiruvananthapuram to Kannur. The authorities has sanctioned two  Vande Bharat trains for Kerala.
