Chandigarh: Haryana`s minister for Home and Health, Anil Vij, on Friday alleged that the Punjab authorities was not severe about arresting fugitive Khalistan chief and `Waris Punjab De` chief Amritpal Singh, saying that the Haryana Police had knowledgeable their Punjab counterparts about his whereabouts however it took them one-and-a-half days for them to achieve Shahabad (in Haryana). Meanwhile, police sources on Friday mentioned Amritpal is suspected to have left for Delhi. Punjab Police expressed doubts about Amritpal getting into the Delhi border utilizing any car aside from a bus.
