Grasim Industries Ltd. of the Aditya Birla Group has introduced a rights issue of two,20,73,935 fairness shares of the corporate to boost ₹3,999.80 crore.
Shares are priced at ₹1,812 every (together with a premium of ₹1,810 per rights fairness share).
The issue will open on Wednesday, seventeenth January 2024 and can shut on Monday, twenty ninth January 2024.
The rights entitlement ratio is 6 rights fairness shares for each 179 absolutely paid-up fairness share of the corporate held by the eligible fairness shareholders, the corporate stated in a submitting with exchanges.
