According to the grievance filed by the sufferer, she was ready for transport close to Gate No. 2 of MG Road Metro Station at round 8.16 p.m. on Wednesday. The accused was standing on the gate and calling for passengers to Delhi’s Aaya Nagar, following which the girl approached him pondering it was a share cab.
