The Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) stated on February 16 it has obtained the Indian Technical Standard Order (ITSO) authorisation from Directorate General of Civil Aviation for its indigenously developed Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) and Flight Data Recorder (FDR).
