Ashok Soota-promoted Happiest Minds Technologies has executed a share buy settlement to acquire 100% fairness curiosity in Macmillan Learning India, a completely owned subsidiary of the Macmillan Group, USA, for money consideration of ₹4.5 crore.
Happiest Minds Technologies will buy 1,00,000 fairness shares of face worth of ₹ 1/- every in Macmillan Learning India from its current shareholders, in accordance to a media launch.
