Haryana govt extends COVID restrictions till June 14, but allows relaxations too

The Haryana authorities on Sunday prolonged the COVID-related restrictions till June 14. As per the brand new order, outlets, malls, eating places, bars, and non secular locations have been permitted to reopen with sure situations.

A LOOK AT WHAT’S ALLOWED

  • Shops aside from stand alone outlets are allowed to open from 9 am to six pm in two teams specifically odd and even outlets with odd numbers on odd dates and outlets with even numbers on even dates. 
  • Malls are allowed to open from 10 am to eight pm. 
  • Restaurants and bars (together with in motels and malls) are allowed to open from 10 am to eight pm with 50% seating capability and adopting requisite social distancing norms, common sanitisation and Covid acceptable behavioural norms. Home supply from motels, eating places and quick meals joints is permitted upto 10 pm. 
  • Religious locations are allowed to open with 21 individuals at one time with the conditon that they observe requisite social distancing norms, common sanitisation. 
  • Corporate places of work are permitted to open with 50% attendance after adopting requisite social distancing norms. 


  • Gatherings in weddings, funerals/cremations are allowed as much as 21 individuals. However, weddings can happen at locations aside from house and courts additionally. No motion of ‘Barat’ procession allowed. 

  • For gatherings aside from weddings, funerals/cremations, the utmost quantity allowed shall be 50. For gatherings greater than 50, prior permission from the Deputy Commissioner shall be required. 

  • Club homes/eating places/bars of the golf programs are allowed to open with 50% seating capability from 10 am to eight pm with adherence to social distancing and different norms. Members and guests shall be allowed to pay in golf programs by the administration in a staggered method in order to keep away from overcrowding.
