In his latest order, Justice N Anand Venkatesh, listening to a petition from a same-sex couple looking for tips in instances of such nature, stated “I want to give myself some more time to churn.”

“For this purpose, I want to subject myself to psycho-education with Ms. Vidhya Dinakaran (Counselling Psychologist) and I would request the psychologist to fix a convenient appointment for the same,” he stated.
The judge added he actually felt that such a session with knowledgeable will assist him perceive same-sex relationships higher and “pave way for my evolution.”
“If I write an order after undergoing psycho-education, I trust that the words will fall from my heart,” the judge stated. He posted the case for additional listening to on June 7.
The case pertains to a petition from two girls, in a live-in relationship, looking for safety for his or her dwelling collectively with none disturbance from their respective mother and father.
The judge had earlier requested the mother and father to undergo counseling by a specialist within the subject, to face the matter correctly.
