Hyderabad homicide information: A 48-year-old man was arrested by the Hyderabad police on Wednesday (May 24) for allegedly killing his 55-year-old girl companion. The man recognized as B Chandra Mohan reportedly stabbed Yerram Anuradha Reddy and later chopped her body into a number of items before disposing them off.Â
According to information company ANI, the lady was tenant in a constructing positioned in Hyderabad’s Dilsukhnagar space and owned by the accused. They have been in a relationship.Â
How the crime unfolded
On May 17, the Malakpet Police obtained details about a severed head of a lady in black plastic bag being discovered at a rubbish dump. Soon, the police crew launched an intense probe which led them to Chandra Mohan, who’s into inventory market enterprise.Â
Describing how the police obtained to Chandra Mohan, CH Rupesh, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Southeast Zone, Hyderabad, instructed the media, “A few people emerged as suspects, and we ruled all of them out except one. We received a lead and we approached the suspect, Chandra Mohan. After questioning, he confessed to killing the woman and chopping her body into six parts.”
Stone-cutting machines usedÂ
According to the police, Chandra Mohan instructed them throughout interrogation that he bought two stone-cutting machines to cut the sufferer’s body into six items. The torso was stored in a suitcase, whereas fingers and legs have been saved in the fridge at his dwelling. He lined the severed head in black plastic bag and later threw it at a rubbish dump.
Why did Chandra Mohan kill Anuradha
Investigations revealed that Chandra Mohan and Anuradha have been in a relationship since final 15 years. Anuradha, who had separated from her husband, had been dwelling on the floor ground of Mohan’s home.Â
Chandra Mohan had taken Rs 7 lakh mortgage from Anuradha, and regardless of repeated reminders he wans’t returning the cash. Annoyed by Anuradha’s frequent demand to return the cash, Chandra Mohan deliberate her homicide.Â
The police have now registered a case underneath Sections 302 (homicide) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and is investigating the case additional.Â
