IND vs SA: After struggling a heavy defeat by the hands of South Africa, Team India has been hit with an injury scare ahead of the 2nd and the ultimate match of the Test sequence. India have been blown away with an ideal all-round present from the Proteas in the primary match in Centurion as the hosts registered an enormous innings and a 32-run win over the guests.Â
However, bowling all-rounder Shardul Thakur was hit on his shoulder whereas he was coaching on Saturday in Centurion ahead of the second Test. Shardul copped a blow to his left shoulder whereas he was batting and going through throwdowns from a help employees member. While the all-rounder continued to bat, he didn’t flip as much as bowl.Â
Shardul was seen in ache and discomfort after the blow. As he didn’t bowl, he put an ice pack on his shoulder. Notably, the magnitude of Shardul’s injury has not been decided as of now and scans shall be taken if required.Â
