India’s fielding coach T Dilip stated the focus can be on close-in catching because the working half of the health drill was lined within the IPL.
“The players have been coming from an IPL so a key thing for us to take care of was the workload, how much they have run, how much they have taken care.
“What we understood and acquired out of that’s issues (like) floor fielding have been lined within the IPL, so the focus right here was extra on the quantity of catching, particularly when you find yourself speaking about close-in catching, the slip catching and the flat catches.
