Each day of the match, the matches consisted of two blitz video games and, if mandatory, an Armageddon sport (5 minutes for White, 4 for Black).
An Armageddon sport is a variant of blitz chess to find out a winner after a collection of drawn sport. A drawn sport within the Armageddon is counted as a win for Black.
