‘Indian prefer AI tools over human interactions’


About 57% of Indian customers selected an AI-enabled software or service over human interplay, way over the worldwide and Asia Pacific common of 39% and 48% respectively, say Adobe and Oxford University in a research launched Thursday.

Some 41% Indian manufacturers prioritised buyer expertise (CX) and 87% manufacturers prioritised CX enhancements over different enterprise targets, reported the worldwide survey of 4,000 customers and 1,500 manufacturers to find how Generative AI and personalisation are reworking the digital buyer expertise panorama, Adobe stated.
