Indian Railways flagged off the 3000 HP cape gauge locomotive indigenously developed by the Banaras Locomotive Works, Varanasi via video conferencing on Wednesday, March 10 for export to Mozambique. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal flagged off the indigenously developed locomotive nearly within the presence of different dignitaries who joined the vent website nearly or in individual. According to an announcement launched by the Railway Ministry, Indian Railways is exporting the primary batch of two locomotives as a part of the full order of six locomotives, that are 3000 HP cape gauge locomotives, in addition to 90 chrome steel passenger coaches to Mozambique.
