No-frills airline IndiGo on Wednesday stated it has inducted a second wide-body Boeing 777 plane in its fleet, which it can operate on the Mumbai-Istanbul route. Boeing 777 plane has a seating capability of 400 passengers in a dual-class configuration with 24 seats in enterprise class and 376 seats in financial system class.

The Gurugram-based IndiGo, after working a narrow-body Airbus fleet, in single-class configuration for over 16 years, commenced twin-aisle plane operations earlier this yr with one B777 on the Delhi-Istanbul route, moist leased from Turkish Airlines.
