On Thursday, INL board met and authorised a proposal to include a brand new subsidiary firm ‘Nippo Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.’ through which it’s going to maintain 74% stake and steadiness by Apollo Hospitals, it stated in a regulatory submitting.
