This android app (APK file) is malicious and infects the cell system. These fraudsters are sending phishing hyperlink in mass stage and insisting customers to obtain this android utility, impersonating IRCTC official to trick victims into revealing their delicate internet banking credentials like UPI particulars, credit score/debit card data and many others.
In view of this, you’re suggested that please don’t set up this utility and maintain your self protected from such fraudsters. Always obtain IRCTC’s approved ‘IRCTC Rail Connect’ cell app from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Please word that IRCTC don’t name its customers/prospects for his or her PIN, OTP, Password, Credit/Debit Card Details, Net Banking password or UPI particulars.
