Israeli nationalist hardliner Naftali Bennett stated Sunday he would be part of a governing coalition that might finish the rule of the nation’s longest-serving chief, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“I’ll do every thing to type a nationwide unity authorities with my buddy Yair Lapid,” Bennett said after meeting with his own party, Yamina.
Centrist Lapid has been tasked with forming a new cabinet by Wednesday 11:59 pm local time (2059 GMT).
