Handset brand itel has emerged as a top brand in total satisfaction amongst feature telephones in a report by CyberMedia Research (CMR), a market analysis and advisory agency.
While feature telephones stay a lifeline for a lot of, India is experiencing a surge in digital acceleration, driving curiosity in reasonably priced 4G smartphones and even 5G choices inside the sub-Rs 10,000 value section, in accordance with the report.
The shopper research by CMR, overlaying 2,000 cell phone customers throughout main Indian cities, has revealed that feature phone customers are more and more preferring feature telephones that present longer battery life (78%), ease of use (74%), affordability (57%) and provide digital capabilities. And three in 4 customers expressed curiosity in switching to smartphones, primarily in ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 value vary.
