Jammu and Kashmir: An encounter broke out between security forces and militants in Rajouri district on Friday morning. The official knowledgeable that the gunfight happened in the Kesari space of Kandi hamlet in Rajouri district.
Mukesh Singh, ADGP Jammu on Friday morning stated “an encounter started in the Kandi area of Rajouri.”
The gunfight began after a joint workforce of police and security forces bought enter in regards to the presence of terrorists in that space.
After security forces cordoned off the world, terrorists hiding there began firing, drawing retaliation from the security forces.
There have been a sequence of encounters between the terrorists and security forces in the Union territory in the latest previous in which terrorists have been eradicated.
Two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists had been killed in an encounter with the security forces in the Drach space in Wanigam Payeen Kreeri space of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday.
On Wednesday, an infiltration bid was foiled, and two terrorists had been killed alongside the Line of Control (LoC) in Machil sector of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
