Delhi: After being airborne for nearly five hours, a Tokyo-bound Japan Airlines plane with round 200 passengers, returned to the nationwide capital due to a technical subject on Wednesday.
The official on the Delhi airport stated the flight took off for Haneda Airport in Tokyo at round 7.20 pm on Tuesday and due to a technical subject, it returned at round 12.45 am on Wednesday.
A passenger, who was onboard the flight, instructed PTI that after flying for nearly five hours, the flight returned to the nationwide capital on Wednesday.
All the passengers have been accommodated at a lodge in Delhi. The rescheduled flight is scheduled to take off late within the night from Delhi for Tokyo, the passenger stated.
Japan Airlines couldn’t be instantly contacted for feedback.
Earlier on Monday, Fly Dubai plane caught fireplace in certainly one of its engines quickly after taking off from the Tribhuvan International Airport. However, the flight landed safely in Dubai on Tuesday morning.Â
