New Delhi: Janata Dal (Secular) MLA and former Karnataka Minister HD Revanna was granted an interim bail from Bengaluru courtroom in reference to a sexual harassment case.
Bengaluru courtroom granted bail until Friday, shortly after acquiring conditional bail in reference to a Kidnapping case associated to the ‘obscene video’ case. JD(S) chief HD Revanna filed a bail petition in a sexual harassment case on Thursday.
The forty second Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court (ACMM) granted interim bail and stated that the most important bail plea will likely be heard on Friday at 3 pm. While the Special Investigation Team (SIT) contented that JD(S) MLA’s bail plea ought to be dismissed.
