Former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) chief H.D. Deve Gowda launched 12 promises for the Karnataka Assembly elections, that are scheduled on May 10. The ballot promises have been launched at Mr. Gowda’s Padmanabhanagar residence in Bengaluru within the presence of State unit president C.M. Ibrahim and former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, amongst others.

He introduced that the get together would stand with the Left throughout the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. “We are sharing seats with the Left in Kerala, and we will go with them. Left leader Sitaram Yechury had called me on this issue,” the previous Prime Minister advised mediapersons in response to a query on what could be the stand of the get together for the parliamentary polls.
