Twelve locations together with 4 in Ranchi and eight in Deoghar and surrounding areas in Jharkhand have been raided by a number of groups of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), together with the residences of Congress MLA Pradeep Yadav of Poraiyahat.
The earnings tax division staff carried out a search of Yadav’s and his household’s houses on November 4, 2022. According to a report from the earnings tax division, this raid has been launched.
In addition to Yadav’s home, the ED has additionally raided the constructing contractor Shiv Kumar Yadav’s home on Cheshire Home Road and Neeraj Singh’s home on Ratu Road.
The investigation company is probing the case underneath the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) 2002.
