Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and chief of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Hemant Soren, confronted a setback at present because the Supreme Court declined to listen to his plea concerning his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in an alleged land rip-off case. The plea was scheduled for listening to earlier than a bench led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud.
