One extra terrorist has been killed throughout an encounter with safety forces in Jammu and Kashmir, within the wee hours of Sunday. The gunfight had begun within the Wangam space of the Shopian district. According to the Kashmir Zone Police, a complete of two unidentified terrorists have been killed within the encounter up to now.
According to officers, the encounter broke out between the safety forces and the terrorists within the Wangam village of the Shopian district in South Kashmir.Â
“01 more unidentified terrorist killed (Total 02). Search going on. Further details shall follow,” the Kashmir Zone Police stated.
Meanwhile, one Pistol together with one M4 and one AK-47 have been recovered.
As per the Chinar Corps, one other military personnel who was injured earlier through the operation has been evacuated to 92 Base Hospital and is secure.
On March 22, 4 terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba have been killed in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir.
This is to be famous that it is the third encounter of the month within the Shopian district. In the final two encounters, six terrorists together with a high Jaish commander have been killed.Â
