In a serious growth, the ‘Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Jammu and Kashmir (TeH) has been declared an ‘Unlawful Association’ under UAPA, Union Home Minister Amit Shah introduced on the social media platform, X on Sunday.
Taking to X, Shah harassed that the outfit is concerned in forbidden actions to separate the valley from India and set up Islamic rule. According to the Home Minister, the group is discovered spreading anti-India propaganda and persevering with terror actions to gasoline secessionism in J&Okay.
