WACO, Texas: A U.S. District Judge has dismissed former Baylor soccer coach Art Briles and former athletic direcor Ian McCaw from a federal Title IX lawsuit, ruling no affordable jury might discover them negligent in the home violence assaults of a former Baylor scholar by a former Baylor soccer participant.
