‘Judiciary can never be forced to play roles of opposition Party’: Law Minister’s replies to Rahul

Days after Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, throughout his speech at Cambridge University, claimed that the Indian democracy and judiciary have been beneath assault, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju claimed it was a deliberate and coordinated assault in opposition to the nation’s federal construction. 

Without naming Gandhi, the legislation minister who was addressing an occasion in Odisha’a Bhubneshwar on Saturday asserted that ‘calibrated attempts’ have been being made out of inside and out of doors the nation to defame the judiciary. He stated that the Indian judiciary is unbiased and emphasised that nobody can power them to play the position of “Opposition”.

Judiciary is unbiased 

“Indian Judiciary is independent. And Indian Judiciary can never be forced to play the roles of the opposition Party. Nobody can even question Indian democracy because democracy runs in our blood,” he stated whereas addressing an occasion of the central Government Law Officers Conference. 

Further, Rijiju known as the opposition social gathering an energetic member of the anti-India motion and added they’re engaged on the course of the international entity.


“These gang get active support from Anti-India foreign entities to launch frontal attack against India. Systematically they will assault the credibility of the Indian democracy, Indian Govt, Judiciary & all Critical Organs like Defence, Election Commission, Investigating Agencies,” he wrote on Twitter.
