Okay.J. Jacob (co-driver S.N. Shanmuga) emerged the overall winner of the Rally of Hyderabad, the fourth round of the Blueband Sports FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship (INRC) at Sanghi Nagar close to right here on Sunday.
